我和我的朋友们是用both还是all（allmouthand）

平时大家是否经常碰到这种情况，明明每个单词都挺简单的，但组合在一起就不明白是啥意思了？今天我就给大家举个例子哈~

天天坐办公室，没几个不胖的，所以天天念叨着减肥，但真到行动的时候又退缩了。这个含义在中文里有句话叫做:"光说不练假把式"！得嘞，今儿个就跟大家说一下这个用英文怎么说---All Mouth and No Trousers，浑身上下全是嘴却没有裤子，这画面太诡异了吧！但你想像一下哈，如果某人成天夸夸其谈，但TA同时没裤子穿，那你说哪能出门儿啊，当然是什么也干不成啦！

【En】To talk a lot about doing something but never do it. 只说不做。To be full of boastful, arrogant, or shallow talk without the ability to deliver on such claims. 夸夸其谈，夸夸其谈满口自吹自擂、傲慢或浅薄，却没有能力兑现这些主张。 Tend to talk boastfully without any intention of acting on your words. 喜欢夸夸其谈，却不打算付诸行动。if you say somebody is all mouth, you mean that they talk a lot about doing something, but are, in fact, not brave enough to do it. 如果你说某人is all mouth，你的意思是他们说了很多要做的事，但是实际上他们没有勇气去做。

【例】He says hes going to do something about it but he never will. Hes all mouth and no action.

他说他要做点什么，但他永远不会做。他只会说话，没有行动。

我不会担心詹姆斯的，他是个光说不练的家伙。

【例】Dont be scared of her. She wont hurt you — shes all mouth.

【例】He says hes going to complain to the manager, but hes all mouth.
